As a CFO, John Bruno has 20+ years of experience and expertise directing the strategic operational and financial aspects of services and high-technology companies. John is an expert at helping companies build strong financial/accounting infrastructures. He provides the financial guidance necessary to manage and maintain rapid growth.
Developing operational excellence and new business strategies, creating enterprise value through
the establishment of strong financial systems and controls, and raising capital are critical skills he has applied to all of his businesses over the years.
Throughout his career, John has been responsible for the areas of Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, Sales Oversight, and Administration. John was the CFO of several SaaS and PE-/venture-backed companies including, most recently, Nexus Systems, Federated Wireless, and Curb (acquired by Verifone). His accomplishments include raising $125 million total in debt and equity over his career, and selling a company for $450 million.
